A well trained County 911 Operator will immediately asl you if you have a Fire, Police or Ambulance emergency. you should calmly explain which service you are in need of, after which you will be instantly connected with either a Police or Fire Department Dispatcher.

What Information Will The Dispatcher Need?

It is important that you remain calm. carefully provide the needed information and follow all directions

Let The Dispatcher Tell You When To Hang Up

Do not hang up until the dispatcher has all the neccessary information. The Fire department has an Emergency Dispatcher on duty at all times who may be able to provide emergency medical self-help over the phone, while equipment is on the way to your home.
